Learn2b

Learn2b is a service which provides free courses that aim to help our learners improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Although many of our learners have been diagnosed with a mental health condition, many have not. We understand that all of us can experience mental ill health at any point in our lives and during these times it can be hard to relax, things that had seemed easy before can become more difficult and we may find ourselves struggling to go about our everyday lives.

Overview

Learn2b is part of the Adult Learning Service at Northamptonshire County Council. We provide a range of free courses that primarily focus on helping our learners to improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Our courses encourage our learners to relax and take time for themselves, assisting them in managing troubling thoughts, identifying triggers and confronting difficult life events. We hope that our courses help our learners to maximise their potential and live fullfilling, rewarding lives. In order to achieve this, we also provide advice and guidance on further learning and career opportunities, both within the Adult Learning Service and with other external partners.
