Kettering Mind

Kettering Mind is an independent registered charity affiliated to National Mind (National Association for Mental Health). We are one of more than 180 local associations throughout England and Wales.

We provide a range of services in our Resource Centre and in the community including wellbeing courses, social support, therapeutic groups, crisis support to community support.

Our purpose is to to enhance and enrich the quality of life of people with mental health needs and the wellbeing of the local community.

We also have an information and refreshment centre called The Mixing Bowl located on Russell Street. The Mixing Bowl is a welcoming place where you can access information and seek support on mental health whilst enjoying a cuppa and a light bite. A support desk is available between 12:00-1:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays where you can drop in and speak to a member of staff.
